Cranberry Sauce/Relish

  • 4 cups of fresh or frozen cranberries, whole
  • 2 cups of sugar (or splenda or 1/2 sugar 1/2 splenda)
  • 1/3 cup of pulpy orange juice

Pour into a 13 X 9 or a larger rectangle baking dish. Sprinkle with sweetner. Bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees, stir very well and pour juice over berries. Bake for 30 more minutes. Cool completely. Serve or store in jars in the refrigerator.
